Fixed Create Recv from Suggested order

In the Suggested Orders
1. Manually inserted new items
2. Added cost event to calculate in the suggested orders
3. Added color scheme
4. Fixed the display on the deposit field
5. The page number was displaying in the middle of the page
6. When creating a receiver from a Suggested Order, the deposit was being reported and adding incorrectly
7. Create a Purchase Order ( 85 % completed )
In the Receiver:
1. Lined up and fixed the header in Post and Print report
2. Added refresh on the browse received
3. Added button to move suggested Qty order to Receive Qty

Problem:
Receiver wasn't adding correctly.
It was rounding to 2 decimal places
Fixed :
Changed local Memory Variables from decimal 2 to decimal 3
in Receiver Detail Browse and update form.
And Calculating procedure.

 Single Item check box was always on. Dos programming used Y and N Logic on this field,
But Dsbr windows was set up to use 1 and 0 logic. I set it back to Y and N.

vendor reorder number,upc,description, and cost in the suggested order browse
